Mississippi electricity rates in November 2019 averaged 11.53 cents per kilowatthour -- an estimated 12 percent less than the 13.04 cents per kilowatthour average rate in the U.S. overall in November 2019.
Mississippi natural gas rates in November 2019 averaged 9.27 dollars per thousand cubic feet -- an estimated 2 percent less than the 9.43 dollars per thousand cubic feet average rate in the nation overall in November 2019.
