Don’t pay an annual fee

In the past, you may have felt the need to pay an annual fee for that “perfect” credit card with that amazing rewards program. Not anymore.

It’s safe to say that you should no longer feel the need to dole out that $20, $50 or $100 in order to obtain a credit card with a decent rewards program.

Credit card offers including no annual fee can be found with little effort these days. If you still own a card that charges an annual fee, it may be time to consider a change.

There are rare circumstances in which paying an annual fee still makes sense, but these situations are reserved for those who charge a very large amount on credit cards each and every month.

The vast majority of credit card users should be able to find a no-annual-fee card that will get the job done.
